What does it mean by unlimited revisions?Once our designers have the details of your project, they will provide a rough 2-color mock-up of the concept and share it with you. You may ask for any changes to that mock-up until you are completely satisfied.

I'm debating between standard and premium packages, which one?If your design concept involves 1-2 characters and you want basic shading and depth (3D) in the design then the standard package is perfect for you. If you want the design to be detailed with lights and shadows and it involves 3-4 characters or elements, then the premium package is right for you.

What is included in the Social Media KitIt includes cover banners for Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch along with the profile images based on your theme.

What information do you need to start the project?If you have any concepts in mind regarding the look and feel (colors, fonts, etc.), or even theme, it's a great start for our designers. We also need to know the name or text that you want to use in the design.

Will I own the design?In general, you will retain ownership and copyright claims to all orders delivered to you.

What counts as a revision round?Once our designers have the details of your project, they will provide a mock-up of the concept and share it with you. The changes identified during that review counts as a revision. Each subsequent draft delivery that has revisions counts as a single round of revisions.
